Trademark Usage Guidelines
1. Trademark Distinction Guidelines
Visual Differentiation: Ensure that the Collective[i] Marks stand out from the surrounding text in all forms of communication. This can be achieved by:
Capitalization: Product Titles/Names: The first word of a product and sub-feature is capitalized and the following words are lowercase. E.g., Intelligent forecast, Pipeline insights, Pipeline review, C[i] predicts
2. Use of Trademark Symbols (™ and ®)
External references: When external partners, media, or third parties reference our trademarks in their communications, they are encouraged to use the ™ or ® symbols as appropriate to emphasize the protected status of our products.
External-facing content—whether it's the website, product pages, or marketing materials—to visually set apart trademarks, we will not be adding ™ or ® symbols. This keeps things simple and aligns with current branding standards.
3. Trademark List Management
We have a comprehensive Trademark List (see above). This list will be regularly updated to reflect new trademarks and changes to existing ones. Each trademark entry will include:
The correct spelling and format. For spelling and format, please refer to the Label Guidelines Doc.
The status of the trademark (™ or ®).
4. Trademark Usage in Product Names and Descriptions
When our product names or services are mentioned in writing, especially in official documents or marketing materials, the first mention should clearly adhere to the visual distinction guidelines (above #1) and include the appropriate Trademark symbol.
Subsequent mentions can follow the same style but are not required to include additional symbols or differentiations beyond what is established initially.
